Without stepping foot in our offices in Montreal, your immigration application can be processed from start to finish.
For most of our services, we do offer payment in several installments, if you retain us for full representation. Our prices include professional fees, with the applicable GST and QST. Government fees and disbursements (for example: medical insurance premiums, medical examination fees, language exam fees, international student admission fees, etc.) are paid directly to the government or third parties.

a) Changing the time of the consultation:
– A free change of time is possible if the client requests it not less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
b) Cancellation of consultation:
No refunds will be provided.
c) Extended consultation:
If the consultation lasts more than one hour, the Client may be billed an additional amount proportional to the additional consultation time, based on a base hourly rate of 250 CAD/hour
d) No-show:
the consultation is deemed complete if the client doesn’t attend. No refund is to be made.
e) Initial Consultation Agreement and Preliminary Assessment Form Requirement:
Upon scheduling a consultation, clients will receive an automated email containing links to the Initial Consultation Agreement and Preliminary Assessment Form. These documents must be completed and emailed back to the lawyer no later than 24 hours before the consultation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the consultation without a refund.
The Client is responsible for ensuring a good internet or telephone connection quality. If the consultation is extended/modified/cancelled due to poor communication on the side of the Client, the above conditions may apply. The consultation can be rescheduled free of charge at the initiative of the lawyer, notifying the client at least 24 hours before the start of the consultation.
